Hello, does anyone here brew the Master Tonic and take it to combat illness or for general well being? The recipes I've seen online all include garlic, onion, horseradish, ginger, hot peppers and AVC. Just trying to sort out the hype from the internet. Thanks!!

I have a recurring fever blister/cold sore. I had it back in November and this morning it started again in the exact same spot. Last time it took something like three months to go away and that was with using the Abreva stuff my doctor suggested. I really don't want this thing around that long! Any suggestions of the natural variety?

COLD! So I have to get rid of this cold as quickly as possible.
I have runny nose, sneezing, hardcore coughing. I've been taking zinc (zicam) nonstop for three days. Also been on mucinex dm for my cough. Doesn't seem to be doing much, so I'm curious of suggestions for what I should change to, add on, or what?

I don't handle cold weather well at all--we had a few below-70-degree days a couple months ago and I got sick, and now it's getting cold for good and I'm sick again. I've been sick  with a flu for about 10 days now. The fever has burned off and I've calmed down the sinitus with regular nasal rinse but I can't seem to get rid of the runny nose.  The rinses stop the runny nose for about an hour before it starts right back up again like clockwork.
